I was at the store and some a#$ hole with a hamer and flat head screw driver pop my lock ran sacked my truck. I cant lock my door now is this an easy fix, or is this going to cost alot of money.
I am starting to think it is easier to just leave the truck unlocked and get a quality lockbox to safeguard valuables. This way they don't f-up your truck breaking in. I would think a junkyard would have all those parts for your door...good luck. Also consider jimmy jammers? for the future.

Sorry to hear it. Join the crowd. Someone broke into mine 3yrs ago and stole my .357. I ordered a new handle from Powerstrokeshop.com. Not hard to put in would be helpful if you have small hands, arms and are double jointed.
You'll need a new lock and have it keyed to match.
My Excursion was broken into a couple of years ago- same method.
I tore into the front doors, removed both lock cylinders and accompanying linkages, and filled the holes with spray foam. Not fancy, but it hasn't been broken into since.

They got me as well. I still have not replaced the handle. Post up a link to one if you find it. I will be bolting a lockbox in the bed soon. I have a bed cover so it won't be seen.
