Has anyone tried the Monroe Reflex? I thought I would buy Bilsteins but I find myself looking around. Anyone have any suggestions? What about steering stabilizer?

I have the Monroe Reflex on my 99. Good ride, not to stiff.

I put them on my 01 supercab at 17K to try and make it ride better, but it still rides like a brick at 64K. I have airbag's and they don't help the ride.I put a set on a 1/2 ton extra cab Chevy I had and it made it ride good.
I have them. They are reasonably priced. They are a little firmer than the stock shocks, which is a good thing on this dually. I'd buy them again.

Wow, what an improvement. My shocks were pooched. I went with the Monroe Reflex and replaced my steering stabilizer as well. So far I am pleased with the ride. More stable in corners as well.
I have Rancho 9000XL adjustable socks. When the camper is on(2600 lb dry) I set them to about 7 or 8 in back with the fronts at 2 or 3 and when empty I set al of them to about 2. They really help control the sway also(Hellwig sway bar also installed)
