Lightbulb Tow Plug Wiring and Fender Marker Lights

I'm having a hard time finding AFFORDABLE wiring for my truck. I need to replace the whole wiring system for the tow plug and also for the Fender Marker Lights. Of course, as my fate would have it, the wiring on the marker lights corroded up in the fenders, bad set for Ford. They all shorted out one by one. Unfortunately, seems like all of this wiring is set up on the same system. Is it all tied in together? What I would like to do is set up my marker/running lights to come on when I pull the regular light switch out(auxillary) instead of having everything come on when I turn on my regular lights. Send me suggestions on where I can get these/this wiring harness set up at a reasonable cost. I was told once it would cost me $500 to get the marker light harness. Hmmmm.... I would pig-tail new lights on, but the location is bad for corrosion.
