What clutch is right (for me?)

I've got a '99.5 F350 (see sig), ~120k on it now...What are the tell tale signs I will need a clutch soon? I've never dealt with a hydro clutch before, so I don't know how it should act/feel.

The truck is used as a truck. It hauls a ~5500lbs boat, and come July, will be pulling ~ 10000lbs from Seattle to San Diego...

If I do replace it, what should I replace it with? I've read alittle about the Dual mass flywheel being replaced with a single, but I don't really know up from down...

Please point me in the right direction!
