The noise is something like a high pitched see/saw, continuous up and down. Only when rolling 5mph or faster, right side possibly front, not associated with engine speed/acceleration. Happens whether accelerating, coasting, or braking. Frequency or tempo does increase and decrease in conjunction with tire speed but no performance symptoms at all. Always comes on after driving in the rain. Lasts for a few weeks and then disappears until the next rainy day. Rotating tires did not change anything. Any suggestions....?
