Wheel and Tire Question - Diesel Forum

Hi guys I have come across a set of wheels and tires from buddy of mine but I am not 100% sure if I could run them without having to lift my truck. They are American Eagle 144 on a 20x8.5 and the tires are brand new Nitto’s 305/55/20. I also got a few questions about them. I have never used Nitto’s tire but have always heard good reports about them. I recently ate trough a set a Yokahama’s Geolanders (what a mistake in buying those would never use them again)
What kind of mileage could I expect to see?
Is there any road noise or vibration from the tires?
How well do they wear down?
And the MOST important one is where could I get a real good deal on these tire I was just quoted almost 348.00 a POP…….!!!! WOW that hurts my wallet.

I know they will fit. I don't have experiance with nitto, but that will be my next tire.
