1996 f 250 7.3 diesel will not crank

The engine was running very bad did not smoke, then just stopped. I started to investigate and ran a buzz test ang got multiple codes on the on the even cylinders and occasional failures on the injector driver module. I checked the driver module and found it to have water in it so I replaced it. I the replaced the connectors and the valve cover gasket on the b bank and the buzz test now passes. The truck still will not crank. I replaced the cps with one from Advance Auto, the tach is moving when I attempt to crank it. The wait to start is lit. The engine turns over rapidly when I attempt to crank it but it does not start.

White smoke when trying to start? Is the HPOP reservoir full? What's fuel pressure when cranking? Check the fuel bowl wiring harness wiring, especially the wires for the IPR. Cheers!

Also check the under hood fuse #22. Might have jiggled the fuel bowl heater wire and blew the fuse.
