1996 f350 won't start when warm

1996 f350 100,000 (replaced last year) I had the glow plugs and sleeves replaced in June. Now it will not start when it is hot. Replaced cam sensor, still no change. If I plug the truck in it will be too hot to start. When it is cold and does start I have no loss of power and it runs great, until I turn it off.

Thank you for the advice I worked on it today and all seems to working.

Second vote for IPR o-rings. I have a copy of a good set of instructions done some time ago by Coach Davis (longtime member back in the day) saved as an MS Word document. These instructions helped me do mine several years ago. If you would like a copy send me an email at Believer45@gmail.com with IPR O-RINGS in the subject line, let me know where you saw this and what email address to use and I will reply with two attachments.

I found an old post with Coach Davis' directions in it. Click HERE and scroll down to the third post and you will see them.

For all the work involved (not much really), I would just replace the entire valve assy., w/a new one.

That valve assembly costs an arm and almost a leg and they supposedly rarely go bad. The o-ring kit is very cheap.....worth a shot to try it first and if it doesn't work, you are only out an extra 10 bucks.
