those part numbers should be good and International would be best price unless you get it from Ebay

I would ohm out the connection at the ICP and do voltage tests on the connector just to make sure that checks out. Especially with $100+ part.

Your right, I bought a new ICP, wanted to get it just in case before they closed. Didn't fix the problem.

I'm seeing 2 ohms in connector A, infinite in C and B - Voltage reads 0.04 in A and C - B is reading 5.10

C to Grd. 0 - .25 volts If greater than .25 volts, signal wire is shorted to V Ref or battery.

You are getting a reading of 5.10 on c which indicates a short to ground on the signal wire.

You could cut that wire a ways back so you could re-splice it and see if you are still getting the short. If you don't get it you need to replace the plug.

No, B is reading 5.10 - that is where it should be, A and C are 0.04 - but im seeing less than 1000ohms in B and C which indicates a short to ground if im reading that correctly

B to Grd. 5 volts ± .5 V Ref. check with key ON, if voltage is not in spec., see V Ref circuit

B is suppose to read 5 volts

Right, I agree, that is what I read and I see 5 volts there - only discrepancy I see is in the ohm between c and B, Im not getting a reading at all

You might of just got some air in the oil system. This will make it hard to start. Try unplugging again and restarting. Then plug back in.

Connector looks great, wires are in the loom and it doesn't show any signs of wear or heat issues. Found the 3 wires from the ICP connector down at the bottom of the bunch in the loom and everything there looks A+ - My only other route is to pull the loom off the bunch or ohm test the wire before it goes into the connector down to the bottom
