If it wasn't for you guys I cant imagine how much it would have cost me to fix all the things i've done to this truck in the past few weeks....I really appreciate the time you put into this

You could cut that wire a ways back so you could re-splice it and see if you are still getting the short. If you don't get it you need to replace the plug.

No, B is reading 5.10 - that is where it should be, A and C are 0.04 - but im seeing less than 1000ohms in B and C which indicates a short to ground if im reading that correctly
Connector looks great, wires are in the loom and it doesn't show any signs of wear or heat issues. Found the 3 wires from the ICP connector down at the bottom of the bunch in the loom and everything there looks A+ - My only other route is to pull the loom off the bunch or ohm test the wire before it goes into the connector down to the bottom
