I think stock it should have in the neighborhood of 50-60 psi. I shimmed mine with a 3/16 bb from a kid's red-ryder bb gun. A small flathead screw from and electrical receptical works well between the spring too. That should put you in the 70 psi range. That screen, if its plugged, can foul things up and an FPR shim won't do any good.
