My truck has developed a pretty bad drip in the passenger side floorboard when the air conditioner is working hard. I've been up under the dash a few times trying to locate the drip but haven't had any luck. The dealer tried to fix it once before and just sealed some things up with silicone but it didn't help. Any ideas?

It sounds like your evaporator drain is stopped up. If you look up on the lower part of the passenger side firewall, you should be able to see the drain hose. Just run a piece of wire or coathanger up into the drain, and it should clear any blockage.

I should have put it in my first post, but what's weird is the drain isn't stopped up. It drips like crazy out the drain and onto the ground. There seems to be something else up in there leaking.

If the heater core leaks it will drip there also. There is always coolant running through it unless you have a shutoff in the line.
Other than that maybe your evap drain line is leaking along the way.

The heater core is pretty new so I don't think that's it, plus it seems to be coming from somewhere more toward the center of the dash and drips on the passenger side of the hump in the floorbard and runs from there. I'm going to take a look at it today and see if I can figure out what's up.
