Can't get body mounts off.. Please Help!!

I got my front mounts off and they are finished, but I can not for the life of me get the middle mounts or the back mounts off.. the bolt came all the way out without a problem but I cannot get the top rubber and bottom rubber to disconnect from each other. The bottom bolt or nut just spins and spins but nothing ever comes loose.. What am I doing wrong?? I have spent 4 hours on one mount and have given up... Please HELP!!!!!!!

The bolts go in from the top on the center and rear mounts on the cab. You have to pull back the carpet and pull the plugs in the floor to get to them. You will need another person to get them out. If for some reason your bolts go in from the bottom you will have to cut the floor open to get to the nut which may have broken the weld and is now spinning free in between the two layers of floor pan.

Yea, my bolts come out from the top... I got the bolts pulled out, so all i have is the two rubber mounts and the nut on the bottom that is attached to the bottom rubber. The two rubber mounts seem to be attached to each other some how and I don't know how to get them appart. When I turn the nut on the bottom, it just spins, but the rubber mounts will not come appart so I cant remove them from the frame. Im out of ideas??? If I thread the bolt back in just a little ways, can I hit the bolt from the top side to possibly dislodge the bottom rubber from the top rubber?

I saw a post here , where they used a chain hooked to the lower bushing ,set a floor jack on top of the chain , took out the slack in the chain , & lifted the truck a little with the jack ,pulling the 2 bushings apart . They may have used the bolt ,through the chain (from below)(Or an eye bolt) screwed into the lower bushing ...

couldn't find the thread or the pics ...

I guess I just don't understand this?? What do they mean by setting a floor jack on top of the chain?? If I hook a chain to the bottom nut with the bolt and push up on the truck I just dont see how this will pull the two appart? I guess I need pictures or a better explination. I hate to admit that a body mount has out smarted me... Thanks for all you help to this point....

The center sleeves of the two bushing halves are pressed together such that one flares out into the other. To separate them you must either drill out the inner sleeve (with a 23/32" bit, as I recall), or brute force them apart by using the bolt/chain/jack combination to pull the lower half off.
