Does the Rear End Cover from '09+SD fit a '97?

The rear differential cover is weeping oil (it looks like it's rusted through), so I need to replace it. Does the new aluminum finned rear differential cover from the new Super Duty's fit a '97 F350 w/ the 10.25 (I think) open-diff?

Smile Rear Differential Assembly

I believe so, I just priced one at the local dealer the other day.

Part #8C3Z-4033-A Cover $59.08 w/o tax.
