F350 Swaybar
I have a '94 Dana 60 that I am going to replace my Dana 50. I took it apart to clean it and replace various parts on it. There are two different sway bar clamps and two different size bushings that are used. One clamp is all solid (taller) and other (shorter) has a notch in it. Also on the driver's side, the sway mount has a perch welded onto the tube. The passenger side uses a modified U-bolt clamp with its associated mounting parts. I forgot which one goes on which side.
I went to the dealer to get a copy but it doesn't show the difference. I think the later models have the U-bolt clamp on both sides.
Thanks
Billy T.

Re: F350 Swaybar
My '97 D60 has the same style you are talking about, I think the sway bar only physically fits one way.

Re: F350 Swaybar
Thanks Tobin
But I need to know about the mounting hardware/clamps/bushings. I know the swaybar only fits oneway.
Thanks

Re: F350 Swaybar
94
I can't answer your question. I have an aftermarket swaybar on my 10.25. But it is heldon with modified U-clamps.
I seen a F350 parked in a parking lot and took a peek under it and answered my confusion.
Thanks
