Front end not level

AS the stated above, I have a problem wit the front end of the truck not sitting level ..... If you look at the front of the truck on level ground the left side (passenger) look likes it sits about 1 or so inches lower than the right side. I looked under the truck at the space between the the springs and the spring bumper on top of the axle and it looks to be about 1 inch closer than the driver side is. With that being said i put new leaf springs under the front about 1 year ago and still no help in correcting the problem. It seams to drive straight down the road. I also checked the bushing that goes between the bolt that lets the axles move independent of each other (it sits under the front of the oil pan) that looks fine as well. all the body mount bolts to the frame are fine and not missing as well. The truck is not lifted or never has been. ITs all stock with 240K on it. The tires dont seem to wear funny. I just had them rotated about 5K ago because they were showing some wear compared to the back tires.
Could it be the ball joints are bad. I had it aligned 10K ago at the ford dealer. The truck has been this way since i purchased it with 202K on it. It has never been wrecked that I know of. Im lost on this one guys so any help sent my way would help out alot.

Is it a 250 or 350? That would help an awful lot in diagnosing the issue.

Only thing that comes to mind would be the front spring hanger. I do find it odd the condition wasn't noted when it was aligned. In fact I'm surprised the dealer did the alignment at all if there was that much of a difference. Possibly a different / wrong hanger on one side or the other. Pic?

I would look into the TTB bushing at the crossmember. When they wear out it would allow the arm to move around which could allow it to have that lean.

The front spring hangers that attach to the frame and the spring are what you need to check.

This is what I'm speaking of.
