fuel fill issue on front tank after RE/RE tank.

i recently had the front tank down for some work, upon reinstall and refill i now have a major issue on filling. it was ok before, what went wrong? i have checked and reinstalled the innner fill hose, and don't see any crushing or distortion of the outer vent hose. short of doing one of the mods, what could have changed??? as it filled quite well before. as far as i know there is just the outer fill hose as the vent on this tank.

I've never had a tank out, but how about the rollover valve getting tweaked or plugged? (I really have no clue in this area ... just a shot in the dark). Cheers!

I had the same problem on a F250 gasser that I dropped a tank on. I had to mess around with the fill tube and the inner tube on that before I finally got it right.
