Fuel Pump Replacement Labor

My local dealer is charging me 3 hrs labor to replace the fuel pump. Seems reasonable to me, what do you think?

More like two for someone who knows how to do it. Heck if they are good they could do it in a hour I would think.

Your looking at a total of around $450 for the job? Not crazy, but not great either.

Take it. If I had to do it again right now, I wouldn't take a penny less than $400.

It's rare for the actual time to ever take as long as book time says it will on any repair.

I agree, not a bad price...Jobs not hard, just a PITA and way to cramp up your back for an afternoon...If you have IC piping, add some time in there to R&R that too.

That a fair price because the book says 5.1 hours based on needing to remove the turbo, but as we all know that's not necessary.
