Fuel shutoff switch..need help

Ok so my father in law gets up to leave this morning and his 94 F350 wont start its not a diesel but if hope you guys can help me...well the fuel pump is not coming on i checked the rail while he turned it over...nothing...the relay kicks when you turn the key on and chances that 2 fuel pumps are out at the same time is a little out there...where is the inertia shutoff switch for that truck i cant find it anywhere

Does the powerstroke also have this shut-off?
Hmm-I did not see it on the schematic, so I guess it's just for gas engines.

no electric fuel pumps on the diesel ;> engine stops fuel stops lol or pump fails
