Re: How can you tell when your truck was manufactured?
Look on the front of the oil resivoir, there's a sticker on it with some numbers and letters. They tell when and where it was born. Post which numbers/letters are punched out and I'll, or somebody else here with the ford manuals, will docode it for you.

Re: How can you tell when your truck was manufactured?
My door jamb has a place where it tells me that my truck was built in 11/94. In cleaning the interior, I also found the label they put on the front seat assembly, when it was installed. The date on that was 10/31/94. Renegade informs me that the front seats are practically the last thing to be put into the truck before final inspection, so the assembly line stopped with my truck very close to being finished on 10/31/94, and got inspected on 11/01/94, first thing in the morning.

Re: How can you tell when your truck was manufactured?
You can email the Ford owner connection, give them your VIN and request the build sheet. It'll tell you when it was built and what was on it when it came out of the factory.
