Hpop plug

Before I go stripping the plug out, what size wrench do I need to open the inspection plug on my hpop? It looks like the po may have used whatever was lying around??? Thanks

Thanks bullyandbif,
3/16 didn't fit right (maybe it was really "worked"), that's why I posted. Maybe I'll try a different wrench. By the way, how did you shim your fpr.

Try a 1/4" square drive.

Good Luck

You could try a metric allen or get a new plug and use a punch to tap/turn the old one out. Also you can make a taperd wrench so you tap into allen head.
Off hand I dont have a link to shim fpr but a search on the upgrades and aftermarket forum will yield you all the info. I did the bb method (only I used a very small stainless shcs behind spring) to get more pressure.
