Icp

Been having problems with the pickup since I changed the vcg's and the uvch's. drove it to town, shut it off, and now it won't start, cranks fine, has fuel pressure, not sure about high pressure oil. On the hpop there is a connector that is down below the hpop temp sender, this will move from side to side, but it does not come out, is this the icp? It has a two wire connector hooked to it and was wondering if you disconnected the connector and hooked up a jump wire to it, would that give a signal that the high pressure oil is there and make the pickup start, telling me that this sender is bad? The cel comes on and goes off when you turn on the key, but I am not getting any smoke when cranking.
