I got a worst of 16 and a best of 22 here in New Mexico. On the highway, I keep to whatever the speed limit is (65 to 75). I don't drive it easy all the time though. It sounds too cool and goes to well with my foot to the floor.
If I wouldn't pull a trailer on just about every tank I could probably get better but usually I can get 250 miles on the rear tank which is somewhere around 16. If I don't pull I can get 17+. If I pull a trailer for the entire tank its around 12.

I average 16-18mpg with mostly hway driving at 65-75 mph. I don't baby this thing though either. Sure I could see better #'s if I did, but how much fun is that? Pulling my 24' TT with quad and dirtbike in the truck through the Rocky Mountains I got 13mpg doing 55-60mph. Still better than the gassers get!
I havent really checked mine since I rebuilt injectors, ect. I was getting 15 with sloppy injectors. I imagine I will get the same if I keep my current driving habbits...sooting my friends up that is I like being able to sit there at work and pour some over a car and have an operations manager laugh at it.
