The sensor circled in green is you ICP (Injection Control Pressure) Sensor. It should not be leaking through the connector. Have you tried unplugging it? Cheers!

Hi Patrick,
No I did not unplug it, will it start unplugged?
Dang... I'm sure learning way too much on this endeavor !!!
Yes it will start with the ICP unplugged. The computer will go to default mode. This monitors the high pressure oil. You can do a 10k mod by adding a resistor to trick the computer into thinking oil pressure is low and it will increase the HPO
I unplugged the ICP Sensor and gave her a good cranking, no start.
As far as it being oily as I first suggested, that might have been me when
I was using my allen wrench as a HPOP dipstick. I most likely dripped some
oil on there, I have got it all cleaned up and no further oil has been spotted
yet <fingers crossed>. I cleaned the connector on the passenger side of the
fuel bowl and gave her another good cranking, no start. Next I tried to get the bottom steel fuel line further in the GPR. I'm only abut 1/4" shy from being all the way in to the lip on the steel line. It seems this line got tweaked somewhere along the line of the fuel pump swap. When I was dbl checking the FPR Screen assembly I had to finagle a bit to get the 2 10mm bolts to line up. Not sure if this would cause the no start or not? I will be checking the FPR Pressure tomorrow...
Check your fuses. Number 22 ? I think will cause a no start.
Hi Pete,
I dbl checked the fuses under the hood again this afternoon. #22 the big "MAXI-FUSE" and all the others look good as well. I just know it's going to wind up being something totally simple after all this fuss...
*** UPDATE ***
She's running again... Better than ever !!!
My first full day off in a week, so I decide to start dissembling
and "back track" my way through everything. I pulled the fuel
bowl back off and was going through the wiring yet again. I
decided to pull off the old tape on any connections and look
for problems there. Sure enough... there is a lower connector
on the HPOP circled in orange. I un-tape the old stiff dried up
tape and there was my problem circled in green, one of the wires
that were hacked for some reason had pulled apart under the old
tape. Just hiding there to DRIVE ME NUT'S !!!
I checked and re-taped everything just to make sure there
were no more hide & seeking going on. Got everything back
together and said a little prayer before cranking again...
YES !!!
I would like to thank everyone that helped my through all of
this... you all are truly first class !!!
Hopefully this thread will help others out there with the No Start's.

Congrats on getting your rig back up and running.
I'm having the same issues with my no-start, but I didn't change out my fuel pump.. just the starter.. it ran yesterday for a while after I installed the new starter, and then died at idle once I got it back home.
So in your pic above, the orange-circled connector goes to the IRP and the green-circled connector is the unplugged connector that you pulled up to take a picture of?
I'm assuming the connector in the bottom right (purple top) is the ICP?
I'm going to double check all the wires as I keep getting 0340, and 0472 codes (changed the CPS yesterday)..
Let's hope today is a better day than yesterday for my truck.
I found this connector (red-circled) that is loose and seems to rock back and fourth (left to right)... is this normal? Is this the same connector as the IRP? (orange circled in previous post?)
Those are the HPOP lines off the pump. If they aren't spraying oil everywhere then they aren't the problem.
