no, it's the connector with the light shining on it (between and below the hoses). I tried moving this connector back and fourth while the wife cranked the engine, but still no start.
Mine wiggles side to side just a little bit. It should not move front to back on the shaft it sits on. Look out on the end of it, toward the fuel bowl side, and see if the nut for that IPR is still there. They have been known to vibrate off and fall in the valley. Also have your checked #9 and #22 fuses? I would assume you have if you've read through this thread.

I would suggest uninstalling the chip and see what happens. If it works then it was a free fix. Who's chip do you have installed?

Are you getting any smoke when cranking? Can you check fuel pressure with a tire guage to see if your building enough pressure? There is a shrader valve on the bowl to check pressure. Have you checked the level in the HPOP reservoir? should be close to the top of the plug.

Get a cheap tire pressure guage and check the pressure on the bowl. After enough cranking I think you should see white smoke. Getting toward the end of my limited knowledge on these things. Some sensor testing might be in your future. A scanner would help to see what the PCM is seeing. Would taking the battery cables off to reset the PCM help any?

Yeah, that worth a shot...
The only other thing I can add is to re-check all the wiring take off/replace any old tape and give a good look and clean all the connectors with some good spray electrical cleaner.
