new turbo more problems!

installed new stock turbo on my 95 f-350. was hoping it would fix my no power low boost problem but still have low boost and now the truck is running rough and hesitating on take off. i put all the new o-rings, tightend down all the bolts properly, oil pressure on the gauge is ok, no oil leaking from the pedistal. i am a little frustrated and need a little help on the matter........any ideas?

Have you tried running it with the MAP sensor electronically disconnected to see if it runs better on the PCM's default values? If it runs better unplugged you may need a new MAP sensor. Cheers!
