No power when cold/Glow glug relay is on

Not sure if this is normal or not as it has only happened twice since I've owned the truck, but when I first start the truck the truck has no power and won't rev above 1000 rpms until the glow plug relay turns off. The truck also sat for 2 days or so without being started. I normally let it idle for 30 seconds or so; longer if it is cold. I first noticed this when it was in the mid 20's one morning about 2 weeks ago. Today it did the same thing and it was in the low 50s.

I did the Beans Fuel system, EBPV delete, Bellowed up-pipes, and replaced 2 of the valve cover gasket pigtails in the past 3 months. On the valve cover gasket pigtail i wrapped the bare wire around all 5 wires on one and I left the solenoid plugged in and zip tied it to one of the hooks used to pull the motor. Not sure if any of this might cause the problem. Any help would be great. I'm thinking the GPR is bad and is pulling too much current which is causing this problem. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Can't think of any reason why the no power/no rev situation other than the ebpv being stuck closed, but you already deleted that. I know on my truck, it won't warm up sitting in the driveway, I have to just start driving it.

So its got to be the solenoid that was on the turbo pedestal. I unplugged it and the problem went away. Tomorrow I'm off to radio shack to buy some 1/2 watt 470 ohm resistors
