oil in coolant analysis

I thought i blew a head gasket, pulled the motor, checked the oil cooler again and found my first test was bad. O ring blew... put motor back in flushed 3 times, oil and water. drove it for 2 weeks on water (around town) flushing it here and there. Up to temp. all looked good

I put antifreeze in it and took it on a trip. when i got there, there was two inches of oil in the reservoir. cleaned it out checked all up top hoses and green, no slime. stopped to check every 20 min looked ok. got home and after cool down its back(thinner when hot i know)....oil still looks good

That’s the story. sry so long.

Q: could it be that the antifreeze is slicking it up enough to get all the old slime out that the water couldn’t. Radiator and such or is my problem something other?

thanks for any input Jordan
