power problems

i have a 95 cc 4x4..i have just recently tightend up all bolts to the turbo and exhaust...replaced fuel filter, cleaned air filter, tightend all rubber boots and still lacking power....i start the truck and the CEL comes on for about 45 seconds(no power with light on)...as soon as the light goes off idle gets a little rougher..truck still only boosting 14 lb max and towing a 27 foot toy hauler max out at 45 mph..

not sure if it injector problems or what it could be...saw the price of new injectors at 330.00 for 1 and got scared...

any ideas.....thanx

If you can get the codes read by someone, that would help the diagnosis. Don't pay that much for injectors as they can be rebuilt (and modified for more fuel flow) for far cheaper than that!!!! Cheers!
