Question Radio Problems

I Took The Cd Player Out Of My F350 And Put It In My Toyota And The One Out Of That Truck I Put In My F350 And It Wouldn't Work. It Worked Before I Put It In. I Checked The Fuses And Checked My Voltage And They Were All Ok, So I Thought The Cd Player Went Bad. Then I Took The One Back Out Of The Toyota And Put It In My F350 And Now It Won't Work, But I Put The One I Thought Was Shot In The Toyota And It Is Fine. Does Anyone Know What Is Or Could Be Wrong.

odds are your matching up the radio wiring harnesses color for color, but i know from experience stock ford radios use different color wires for different things than stock Toyota's you can go to walmart and get the universal wiring harnesses for both and plus them together, but if your not even getting power then your problems might be best solved by buying a cheapo headunit from walmart or kmart
