rough idle/no power recommend shop??

Guys, i have a 1997 with around 140,000 miles that only gets driven about 3,000 a year now, i went out to start it a couple of weeks ago and its idling very rough and has no power, i've changed the fuel filter and checked the harness connections at the valve covers. I am not sure they aren't the problem but don't believe so. As far as the other possible suggestions on here, i don't feel comfortable changing out parts without being able to diagnose the problem more fully. Also my job is going to have me out of town for most of next month. I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations in the OKC/Norman/Moore area for someplace that I could take this to that would be fair/honest in the repairs. I hate taking a vehicle in for repairs but think at this point it is probably my best option.

If you're willing to drive an hour and a half to a good shop, there is one in Coweta, OK. 51 Tire & Auto. The main mechanic there is a Diesel Mechanic. 918-486-1234 is the shop number.

94 F-250 7.3 XLT Powerstroke with the same issue as the above post.
