Speedometer broke

I was driving along and all a sudden my truck would rev up and not move. So i pulled over and turned it off. I started to drive again and the spedo would bounce from 0 to 10 mph no matter how fast i went. It took a long time to for the tranny to shift to second gear and i couldn't go faster than 20 mph. I have an ABS light on also now. So i changed the vss sensor on the rear end and it didnt fix the problem. The only thing that did was make the spedo stay at zero instead of bouncing. What or where should i look next. All fueses were good too. Have code p0500. Cleared codes and ran it around the block. Now I get code p0603 and p0500. Torque converter locks and unlocks and the overdrive light flashes? SUGGESTIONs please help

wiring fault from the vss to the speedometer module or the psom crapped out, need new speedometere module ?????????? or ??

well if changing the vss made it worse, and that's the only thing you did I would start there,

inspect the mounting surface for rust, and the connector and wiring harness from the connector for breaks in the wire. You may want to inspect the integrity of the harness along the frame also.
