I need to rebuld my 1994 F250 tilt steering column... Can any one tell me the best place to get parts or a kit. The tilt is real sloppy and I think the upper barings need replaced. Has anyone done it who can give me some pointers. Thanks gary

More Info for you!!

The other posters are right on with getting the bearing kit from ford.

After Market Shaft:
1992 - 2004 Ford F-150 Upper Steering Shaft - AM Autoparts

Hope the pdf below helps. Included is a disassembly pic from a '92 crown vic. the exploded view and the Mitchell On Demand page on the column. I especially like how Mitchell just says refer to x-ploded digram for the rebuild. What a bunch of dorks!

I'm looking for a detailed disassembly procedure myself. Please let me know what you come up with.
