Ok, lets start all over.

Do you see smoke when cranking? If not, you are not fueling due to hpo, electrical or fuel itself.

Do you have the normal lights (cel, wts) when the key is turned over?

Are you keeping the batts on charge? The pcm needs to see 10vdc to unlock...

Crankcase oil level and hpor level are important. If you add to the hpor, it can overfill the cc if repeated.

You do have suffecient fuel...and not gasoline right? (it has happened)

Need to check fuel pressure.

Let us know.

Need to verify all fuses and maxi fuses are not toasted.

Not that i know of exaust is under the truck

Do you have the normal lights (cel, wts) when the key is turned over?

seems like everything is working

they should be all charged up

oil was good in both

i guess thats possible but never done that before and honestly don't remember the last time i filled up i will try to smell/look at it closer tomorrow

Need to check fuel pressure.

I will try and check that tomorrow

i swapped the relay # 3 and #2 to see if that may be a problem and checked the others they looked good what do the 2 relays on the side power?

The two relays on the side are for the trailer plug setup.

Update pulled the pass vc and the rear plug feeding the rear 2 gps was burnt going to pull driver side sun but before I get two new batteries and new vc kits could this be my problem? Or is it just another problem I read that the icm or idm shuts down when it has a short? I'm not in the best financial posistion right now and maybe that money would be better spent somewhere else.

From what I read on that code p1661 its an IPR issue. Bad or not connected from what I saw on a quick search. Google p1661 and check it out.
