Trans trouble

My trans is fine till it heats up to just below 150. then from first it will shift into 2nd, the tq converter wont lock, and it will rev up then at 30mph (while its reving up) it will quickly shift into 3rd then a second later into overdrive. by now im maybe doing 33 mph. BUT it will shift fine if i use the colum shifter and do it old school. my question is has anyone came across the same problem?

the trans never heats up above 150 and the OD light is not flashing. it will also shift into OD even if i shut it off.

thanks for any help fellas.
