I just snapped the backend off off my ZF 5sp and found a buddy that has a whole tranny and transfer case from a wrecked truck. I told him that I would try to find out what a fair price would be. does anybody have any input on how much these are worth.

I think the best way is to contact a tranny shop and see what they have as a basis to your question. I think the price is whatever the market would bare. Thats just me but a tranny shop will tell you almost what it cost to the penny.

you could check ebay for completed listings, thats a easy way to see what they sell for (on ebay at least)

I looked at ebay and called some tranny shops and all I'm able to find is rebuilt prices. I am looking for used prices if anybody has bought or sold any of these from their trucks.
