I think that you may be looking for #69 in the picture. Not sure where to get it though. Maybe this picture will help someone point you in the right direction. Good Luck!
Whether it is 69 or 71 you can get either one through Warn, Mile Marker, etc..

It is a 1997. We have found a conversion kit to change the hub to a manual locking and convert to a different ring and nut and you have to buy the complete kit. We are checking junkyards now.
