we went down to ozark raceway last night with twildman and 95psd250.
we got to 6 runs before they closed.i ran with a differnt burn each time tell we got it right.we ran most run's in the 13.8 range and had one at 14.we was have problem getting it to shift.but last program of the night was freaking crazy.i had to beg the track guy to let us run they stop the line and wasn't any body else get in line [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img].i was like come on we have one more program let us run.then i had to tell him we be running something differnt all night.he go's well i have a diesel truck and i have never seen one run like yours yeh you can run one more time.
i left the line so hard.i join luke in the left front wheelie club [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img].
my back tire start spining when the front came up and i was gone.
it pulled the hardess i have ever felt.it even felt even hard than the truck i drove at WFC8 with nos.
a big thanks to tony for his time.i know he was upset with trying to get it right.seemed we was going back wards on a couple runs.but he got it set up.and said there is still more to get out off it.if we had more time.he would of got it.

I did not get my ride in your truck cause I was having to much fun with mine and watching yours run but, I will be sure to get one next weekend.
We sure had those people looking and scratching their heads when we pulled up to the line with 2 PowerStrokes. They really did not know what to think when you ran a 13.3510 and I think they will be talking about that for a while.
They were cheeering for you as we come done the return road and I even had some cheering for me with my much slower times.
I think we put on a pretty good show with are Strokers and definatly coverd them all in smoke. You'll have to give us the low down on how you did that run...as in how high you held the revs up with that triple disk TC just waiting to let go...and which light you left on? Just trying to picture in my mind how you went about the task Terry, as I bet you had the adrenelin pumping before you tromped the throttle!
Did you happen to get a peak at the boost or pyro on any of the runs?
Reason I ask is just this past weekend I pulled out to pass a truck on the highway, and for the fraction of a second (stock turbo) I saw the boost passing 32 lbs and my pyro zoomed beyond 1650°...so I would imagine you'd be WAY up on those numbers on a full 1/4 mile run! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]
Let us know what you find with regard to finding any more power in that hulk of a Powerstroke Terry, as its good fun to squeeze all we got out of them. There again, being that longevity is one of my goals, I'll have to pick and choose as to my own future mods.

thanks guys,i was looking for low 13's when i went.12's would of made my day but i'm very pleased with my times for 6800lb 4x4 pick-up.
the guy next to me didn't do a burn out and stage before me,so i was still building boost when he left on green [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img],i was holding it down at about 2000 rpm and made about 22lbs of boost and about 1250 on the pryo before i let it go [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img].that is way the reaction time was so slow TFB.tony was telling me allnight don't worry about the light just build boost then go.he said we are tuning not raceing but that is a hard thing to do when you are line up at the lights.
at the 3 shift a looked at the gauges quickly and i seen the pryo at 6 o-clock[img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img](straight down)and climbing and was at about 42lbs of boost post IC(i have 2 boost gauges 35lbs pre & 60lbs post).i was still in shock about the launch [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img].my truck has never launch like that and i wasn't exspecting it,but i never let off it.
i think i'm going to try a convter lock-up and maybe some kind of traction bar.i was spining the tire in 4 wheel drive real good.though i don't plan on drag raceing all the time.i still have to drive it to work.
yes kanman,that is with the ladder racks and tool box with tools in it. the pics of the truck is what it is.a old work truck with some bolt on stuff.that is what i tell every body anyway [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif[/img]
oh,did i tell you those run's are on #2 [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smokin.gif[/img].the wife told me when i first started modding.i can do what ever i want but no drugs aloud.at first i was mad about that but now i see you don't need that stuff to make it run real good.and i fell i have kept some of the longevity of the truck doing it that way.but just in case rick, i have a plan on a freind garage floor waiting on me to get a stan for it.
