You also need the pedestal, collector, the up-pipes, possibly different drivers exhaust manifold (have heard conflicting stories here) and also some way to adapt the exhaust outlet flange to the downpipe. Oh and how to you match it up to the intake manifolds...
With enough time, money, and acetylene, most anything's possible.
