Does it come sized for a crew cab long bed or something? Working from front to back I got to the muffler then realized the hangar that goes just behind it is going to be just about dead center on the muffler (and the muffler directly above the axle). It looks like if I had a crew cab the pipes in front of the muffler would be farther forward and fit nice and snug. By this point it was too late to do more so I will look at it tomorrow. But from what I remember so far I'm not sure if/where I can cut one of the preceding pipes to shorten it so it will fit?

Oh! I just HAD to fire it up with only the downpipe (I don't want to ever install any more of those!!!!!!), poor quality I know, I re-rendered it to keep the size down. I have a newfound respect for straight pipes, it was so loud it seriously was almost deafening. Unfortunately the mic didn't really capture how loud it was. Now I just want stacks even more. Hey Ryan, the kits all come long enough for a cc long bed so some cuts will have to be made. first cut the end of the pipe off that goes in teh dp, its swedged down to fit a 3.5" pipe but you got a 3x4 dp so it will be better with that off of it. Put that pipe up then hang the muffler then take the pipe between those and either measure how long it need to be or hold it up there and mark it and then cut it.

On teh tail pipe you might have to mess with the hanger a bit, sometimes they come out too low for what I like so I take the hanger and shorten it.

Hey Bean, not to hijack the thread...how did it go on the duals you were working on when I was by there? Looked like the new gooseneck hitch frame was going to make you get creative! Loved the testing details that Dale presented, I'd just about bet that a certain machinest in huntsville had a hand in the new rod......

Nahh Donnie wasnt part of those rods, the machinest for those is in MT.

Thos duals just about kicked my but, holy crap. Good thing he was a friend of mine, dont think he could afford it if I was chargin him what it was worth.

Cass is makin good use of the table, need soem more now. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] Got his own little injetcor reman center setup with shipping department and all righ there. Now he doesnt have to walk to the other side of teh shop for anything, his only excercise is gone, watch out. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif[/img]

After two days, many busted knuckles, some cuts and a banged shin, the 3-4" dp and exhaust are in, and the EBPV is gutted! My truck sounds like a semi! I love you Bean! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] Well....

Hey Cass, be careful of what you wish for, these jig tables have to have a crane to place them exactly where you need 'um.... lowest price I could find around Woodbury is about $250.00 bucks an hour, four hour minimum...see you Weds. guys.....

If there are any words of wisdom I can pass along to you as you do your new parts, that would be; one up grade at a time! I wasn't kidding about serious horsepower over stock, you got the pieces to add a BUNCH of get go. The down side of installing every thing at once is that you WILL expierence some problems in getting every thing to work properly together...Its much easier to install one or two upgrades at a time, drive it, see how it acts, thrash out any problems then go to the next..we'll be watching to help in anyway we can...congradulations...your' gonna love the end result!
