40/20/40 Power SD seats into OBS Crew Cab?

Has anyone done this? I think I saw a post where CaryT put some lariat bucket seats in his and thought it looked great. Anyone know if the bench seat will fit?
The seats in the truck I have now are in great shape, but not nearly
as comfortable as the seats in my 2003 crew cab... I need seating for six so need to stay with the bench seat.

Where these a bolt in item or did you have to make brackets ect to make the 02 seats fit?

Re: 40/20/40 Power SD seats into OBS Crew Cab?

the front I redrilled holes to mount them. The rears I used part of the old seat brackets to mount the new ones so i could slide the seat forward and backwards. not a bad install. Just make sure you get them where you want them before you mount them;.

Did you hook up the power? My truck has the power lumbar leaky air bladder... think that would work for a power source?
Now I just need to find a set of grey seats!

I have the same setup as mentioned above. I hooked up that power to them so I have full power seats and seat heaters.

I have the front seats from a 2000 crew cab in my 96 regular cab. I didnt notice any difference in the amount of legroom but I did loose a bit of headroom because these seats are taller than the old broken down bench seat I had.

Just another option, you just have to replace the seat base.
