6.0 L intercooler

i just bought a 6.0L intercooler almost brand new off ebay for 85 dollars. I am wondering if anyone has any good pictures of how they mounted one of these in their truck? Also I heard banks sells pipe kits as well as the GTS guy, anyone have prices for either of these kits for the 6.0L intercooler? thanks for any info

sorry to go off topic on your original question, but you sure ask one of mine right there...what's taking these guys so long.....the electrac is out for the D60, but the ole Sterling is waiting for something in between. Maybe the ar afraid of all of the torque?

On your intercooler install. There are two easy ways to do it as you said. For the Banks install kit, go back a few days and look at rtxcoon's posts on it. On GTS, go to GTS Motorsports .com There are several good install articles on here as well. I'm not good at the links and such, if I see something I think I'll need later I print it out!

Re: 6.0 L intercooler

Ya I don't know what the deal with the lockers is, i've emailed Eaton twice about this issue and both times they told me "not available yet".

Re: 6.0 L intercooler

Look in my pics for the intercooler install album. GTS motorsports .com has a good write up on how to tear down the front end, but You don't have to remove the bumper. pay close attention to his instructions on bending the a/c condenser brackets...good luck with the install....
