7.3 IC to 6.0 IC

once again i can't find nothing with the search

has any one replaced their 7.3 IC for a 6.0 IC? i know some has put the 6.0 IC in their truck, but has anyone swap the two? is their any more cutting needed?or does it pretty much fit in the holes and brackets i have.i finely won a 6.0 IC and will be doing the swap sometime in the near future and putting the 7.3 IC in the wifes truck.
she like it when i out grow something on my truck.
