Pull the clutch master cylinder pushrod eye off the pin and check alignment of the two. If the pushrod seems too long, shim the master cylinder away from the firewall with washers.
Ford has had some crappy engineering and/or crappy aftermarket parts that don't allow for adjustment or tolerance stack up.

Im not sure if this would cause the problem, but are your hydraulic lines at any point coming into or contact or very close to any heat source like the exaust?
Thanks Guys I will take a look and see what I can Find, It'S funny how all winter it is fine even plowing snow but when it warms up it slips and all the free play goes away.
Sounds like a fluid expantion thing.

I believe we are all on the same track. If the pushrod is too long and the fill opening in the master cylinder is blocked off, thermal fluid expansion will create a slipping clutch. As the clutch wears, it gets even worse. Keep the fluid cool and save your slave cylinder seals. Then head for the fridge and keep your self cool.
