Actual engine brakes (like the Jacobson or Cummins C-Brake) that make such a cool BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR as you slow down are not available as far as I know and if they were I don't think you could fit the additional parts and taller valve covers in the truck. Hydraulic lifters are an issue as well.
The exhaust brakes speeddemon31176 refers to are readily available, you even have most of the parts you need to make one if you have not gutted your exhaust back pressure valve.
