Always wanted to do the sun visor and a lower Valence under the bumper....Found the valence from the 94-96 lightning with out the fog light openings for 45.00 bucks shipped, with the paint, clearcoat, stainless bolts I got less than 75.00 bucks invested..... Used 220 grit to kill the glaze on the textured finish of the valence, one coat of plastic primer, three coats of Duplicolor color matched spray paint available at the chain stores and three coats of Duplicolor clearcoat.....
The Visor was a bunch more work. Uses a 100 grit to knock the humps off the rough fiberglass underside and flat blacked it.....400 and 600 grit slicked up the gell coat top surface and again three coats of each.....turned out nice!!
