Adrenaline pump installed. Wow!

I ordered one of Bobs' Adrenaline HPOPs and installed it today. My tired powerstroke has a worn turbo and an uppipe leak. The rebuild kit is on the way but the pump got here first. The truck is stock with no chip.
The pump is a beautiful product and installed easily in just 4 hours.

The difference was instant! The truck started quickly and after a brief chugging it idled smoother than ever. The engine is far quieter.

I can release the clutch sooner now. The truck used to have so little bottom end that I was burning my clutch to get rolling.

Before when I floored it the truck would bog and slow down until turbo started boosting at 2000 rpm. Now when you floor it It just keeps pulling until 1500 rpm then the turbo spools and you ar gone!

I drove up a 6% grade at 60 mph in 5th. as the cars around me started falling behind I stepped on the throttle and easily passed 70mph! It's never done that before!

I cant wait to fix the turbo!

I love mine, too. Not as many miles on my truck as yours, but I felt a definite improvement after 175,000 miles on the original HPOP. I am looking forward to Stage 1 injectors and E-fuel.

A noticable difference with just a HPOP and still have a leaky up-pipe and worn out turbo! Nice! I will have to do that as well. I have a small intake leak that I still need to tear into though, and then want e-fuel and a chip, and a.....etc....etc...

What is the difference between the Adrenalin pump and the SD?

What is the cost?

I have Stage I's and a TW chip and I need to upgrade.

Thanks Terry

I don't know what the difference between the two pumps are and I don't care. For $469.00 It was worth it. The truck is so much more fun to drive! The engine is smoother. Major difference! Before It felt like the truck was fighting for every last horse it had. Now you can tell it has some serious torque!

Thanks, I guess I'll have to call them, it doesn't say anything about the SD pumps. I assume these are better but would like to know for sure.

Thanks for your help.
