For about 1/3 the price you might want to try to adapt STP #SA6629, air filter for Cummins, +- $15.

baldwin pa2818, as I recall, the online filter supplier sponsor of this site has the wix equivalent for way less than I paid a local supplier for the baldwin, like $20 or was it $18? Check them out.
