another ?? on inj. nozzles

when shinning a light through the bottom, and looking at the tip for any light coming through how many holes should be visible. some have more than others but i can see where there should be one but no light shinning through. the ones that i can see light coming through some of the holes look bigger then others. i don't thinit is but is this normal?? thanks Jr.

Re: another ?? on inj. nozzles

For checking the amount of holes in the nozzle tips, take a can of break cleaner with the straw attached, and place the straw all the way in the nozzle. Give a squirt into the nozzle and and count the streams coming out. There should be 7 streams of brake cleaner coming out of the nozzle holes. As for knowing the size of each individual hole, you will need a set of pin gauges for that process.
