Auxillary tanks

I'm putting a auxillary tank in the bed of my '97 and would like to set it up so I dont even use the factory filler necks. I plan on machining a adaptor to put right on each tank where the factory filler hose goes on eliminating the vents and just putting one on my auxillary tank. I haven't looked yet, but I assume there is a return line going back into the factory tanks and I assume I should run them into the top of my auxillary tank to keep from having any pressure on the return from having 100 gallons fo fuel trying to gravity feed into the lower tanks. Any suggestions???

Re: Auxillary tanks

Check out transfer flow. They have some aux tanks that automatically fill your truck tank. Give them a call they'll help you out.

Re: Auxillary tanks

I would set it up so that the aux tank in the bed feeds the front tank automatically, reroute the return fuel line to feed into the aux tank, I would not touch the rear tank keep it as it is and keep filling it through the factory filler neck or just don't use it at all.
