Banks Power Products, are they better?

Yo, I like the parts that Banks makes, but they are soooo expensive. Are their parts better than others? or are you just paying for the name?

Re: Banks Power Products, are they better?

You're payin for the name...it's good stuff if you want better milage and a "little" more power.......go to beans site and black cloud's site you'll get GOOOD parts there and they're not bad priced for what you get. I have a 95 to and i'am runnin an edge evo and I love it! I also have a 5in. exhaust infront of the rear tire (all done with NAPA parts)

What's it like to be 16 and love diesels...Well just ask all my friends with rice grinders that can't keep up. Oh and be able to out talk your shop teacher and basically teach the diesel part of our High School....Oh yea......

Re: Banks Power Products, are they better?

Well, to give you an idea, I bought the Banks Power-Pack kit a few years ago for the overpriced rate of 2300.00, and now the only thing of that kit thats still on my truck is the 1.0 housing, and the intercooler. Their stuff is good, but you can do better for your money by looking around, especially at the sponsors of this forum..................Dave
